Fiona has an HR background and worked over ten years within the media industry. Although Fiona loved working with people and solving any problems, she always wanted to tap into her creative side a little more and joined Xstream in 2004. The combination of finely tuned people skills and organistional skills, together with a creative mind, paved the way for the management of the e-commerce solutions service. Fiona heads up the e-commerce solutions department and manages the school, club and university accounts. Fiona is the main contact for any customer placing an order online. She also successfully manages the print production process.
